We want you to love your APM Monaco jewelry; therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and authenticity certificate.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Jewelry
Carefully place the jewelry in its original APM Monaco box and pouch, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your parcel at any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
